Advantages: Cheap, easy to apply & waterproof!

Disadvantages: None! I cannot fault this product at all! :O

I usually stick to the coal pencil eye liners, just because I can't cope with the liquid ones, it seems to end up everywhere apart from on my eyes! But I was out with my friend and wanted to top up on some eyeliner and hadn't brought mine with me so she let me borrow hers, and it was Superdrug's 2true twist n line eye definer. I had never seen anything like it before but thought it was worth a try and it was sooooo much better than a scratchy poxy pencil, so I went out and bought myself one!

~ Price & availability ~
This particular eye liner is only available to buy at Superdrug stores and on the Superdrug website. It's available in 15 different colours such as; black, brown, aquamarine and aubergine, to just list a few. It's priced the excellent price of £1.99 and is also included in Superdrug's 3 2true products for £4.99 offer.

~ Appearance ~
The 2true eye definer I have is the black one and it comes looking very much like a normal coal pencil; black and thin. It has 2True twist n line eye definer written in pink metallic font down the centre and has an ingredients list on the other side. I think it looks very sophisticated and looks like it probably cost more than it actually did.

~ Product in use ~
To use this eye definer you simply remove the lid and twist the eyeliner case to reveal a long thin, black waxy type substance with a slight point on the end. It almost reminds me of a crayon. Don't twist it too far out or it will obviously snap. It doesn't take a lot of pressure to produce a nice dark-ish line around your eyes, obviously go over it a few times if you prefer a solid black outline. It's nice and smooth and soft on your eyes and you don't get that scratchy feeling that you can get from using a pencil, it also doesn't hurt as much if you accidently poke yourself in the eye! I find the black is a nice rich colour and you can definitely tell I'm wearing it, even if I only apply a little bit and it makes my eyes stand out nicely. Another thing I find excellent about this eye definer is that it appears to be smudge and water proof! It doesn't state it on the tube but I've been through a few emotional times wearing this expecting to look in the mirror and find a panda, but instead it's just how I last applied it! But it does remove nice and easy with a make-up remover wipe when you're ready to take it off. You also don't need to be constantly sharpening it as all you have to do is twist it a bit more.

~Overall opinion~
I would highly recommend this eye definer, It's better than any eye liner I have used and it's much cheaper! I think it looks so much nicer than an eye pencil and I think it would be great for somebody with sensitive eyes. I can't fault this product at all, to be honest I think I would pay slightly more for it (not that I want the price to go up!) because It's so worth the money!

Summary: Why not define your eyes for £1.99??
