**** Introduction **** Having badly bitten my nails for many years, I have now managed to grow them to a fairly decent length that I am extremely proud of, however they are becoming increasingly brittle on a daily basis. Making small jobs such as washing up or running a bath almost impossible without breaking or snapping my new nails.
