Body Shop Eye Shadow Brush I love the body shop bath and body product but I also love their beauty and cosmetics range as I have the shimmer cubes, lip glosses and the mini brush travel kit. I would like to buy more of their cosmetics and brushes but they are quite expensive. I really really like this brush, I have had it for about a year or more and it is still in like new condition. It is really well made, it is very durable and hard wearing. It looks nice, simple and it does look quite expensive. It has a black handle which has the body shop written on one side and it has eyeshadow on the other. I like to use this as an all over lid ... Read the complete review

My preferred method of applying eyeshadow is usually with a soft bristled brush rather than fingers or with the sponge applicators that you sometimes get included in eye shadow palettes. This is one of my main eyeshadow brushes which I have used with loads of different eye shadows from various brands. Lately I have been using my Urban Decay brushes more, but this is still a go to brush which I have been using for over a year. I bought it from the Body Shop as part of a brush set. If I remember correctly the set cost me about £15 which was amazing value as this brush on its own costs £9 and I got about 6 brushes in the set, including blusher, powder, concealer, foundation Read the complete review

I decided to treat myself to some new makeup brushes so I bought the gold brush roll from the Body Shop. The eye shadow brush was included in this. *Packaging/Appearance* I bought this in a brush set so for me it came in the gold wrap, but if you buy it alone I think it doesn't come in any packaging at all. As with all the Body Shop Brushes it has a unique shape. It's thin at the top and chunky at the bottom (A bit like a bootleg trouser). On the brush handle it says 'The Body Shop' and round the other side it says 'Eyeshadow' so that we know what the brush is for which I find very useful because I'm quite clumsy and would probably use it as a lip brush ... I was very unsure when I got this brush on what is its purpose. I did not work for me like a brilliant eye shadow brush. I mean this brush feels stiff a bit like their slanted brush. The bristles are not even densely packed. I really though is just going to sit on my table looking pretty but eventually with some practice and experience I started to see its use and I feel in love with it. The best was to use is to apply eye shadow to the inner corner of the eye also for brow highlight. I use it to apply white or light colours that help my eyes look bigger and brighter. Is also very good to apply with precision eye shadow to the inner and outer lower ... Read the complete review

This brush is really easy to use, the natural bristles feel nice on the eye and the product is made out of recycled products. This brush is easy to use and the thing I like about it is that it makes good use of the eye shadow, it also makes your eye shadow go further, when you use this brush you don't need much shadow to create a good look. For this reason I think it's quite an economical buy, because it will help expensive eyeshadow to go further. My one criticism is that it's not really anything special - other than being made out of recyclable products and being from The Body Shop there isn't really anything unique about it. It isn't ...
