I'm not really the type of guy who uses hand, face or even foot cream, but due to the nature of the sports I am into (Powerlifting & Strongman) I've had to take action.

I started to get callus on my hands, which is basically when the skin gets rough and thick. It's not that painful as such but is very annoying when lifting weight and occasionally did cause my skin to rip. So as everyone does I asked my mum what I should do and she recommended The Body Shop Hemp Hand Protector. My first thoughts were 'damn a cream made from cannabis, what the hell!'. So I tried it out anyway what did I have to lose.

The Body Shop Hemp Hand Protector is thick creamy in texture and a light green colour. I applied it on my hands twice a day for a few days and it really works. The Hemp Hand Protector doesn't leave your hands feeling greasy or slippery. It dissolves into your skin almost instantly leaving no visible marks. It smells nothing like cannabis, it actually has a nice scent to it. It's not a feminine fragrance smell so don't worry guys.

Overall I was very impressed with The Body Shop Hemp Hand Protector and it has reduced my callus. It is quite expensive though for a hand cream but I think its worth every penny. I use it every other day now or whenever my hands feel too rough.
