The hemp range from the body shop is brilliant.

The hemp hand protector comes in a small funky looking silver tube. It's decorated in the same black and green as the other hemp range products. The lid is small and black with a funny sort of ridged grip on a wider part at the top. 30ml costs £4.85 and I have to say this doesn't often go on offer.

The stuff itself is a quite firm consistency and I found has an almost springy texture to it. It is not the most pleasant sludge colour! It does feel quite slick and slimy when you use it and I tend to try not move my hands alot for just half a mnute after using it just to let it sink in. I think it takes a little while because in addition to the hemp oil it contains Allantoin (soothing relief) and Panthenol (sorts out the nails).

The effects of this are amazing - not only was my skin much more supple, there was no rubbing, not dead skin round my nails and the durability and appearance of my nails was much improved.

The smell is great - although quite elicit and I was slightly worried people would think I had been smoking!
