Advantages: It's brilliant
Disadvantages: Expensive(ish), smell may not appeal to everyone
I might as well come right out and say it - this is my favourite hand cream ever!
It costs around £10 for a 100ml tube, or £5 for a 50ml tube. This is expensive, but in my opinion worth it. However occasionally they have the big tubes on sale at half price - I bought two last time they did this!
A tube of this will last a long time, simply because it's so thick, you only need a small amount. I tend to apply it a few times a day, in the morning, around lunchtime and, most importantly, at night. If I do this I usually apply a bit more and wear some gloves I got with a hand kit a while ago: my hands feel really soft in the morning!
I only use this cream in the colder months, as it's too heavy-duty for the summer really. My hands do get dry in the winter and this really helps.
I also get very dry elbows, and find using this cream on them works wonders too!
This cream is ideal for people who work outdoors or with their hands generally. My cousin is a physiotherapist and swears by it.
It smells quite strongly of hemp, which I disliked at first but now I really like it! It is not a feminine scent at all so men could easily use it. The packaging is simple but smart with it's silver and green look.
As the days are getting colder and the nights are drawing in, it's time to treat yourself and using this cream to achieve lovely soft hands is one way to do it!
Summary: Hemp hand cream
