Advantages: very thick, moisturing, hand protection

I use the body shop hemp hand protector on especially cold days, or at night before I go to sleep when my hands feel very tight and dry. This cream stops your hands from cracking up!
It is very thick and has a strong smell that is sort of like patchouli essential oil. One of the ingredients is similar in name to nutmeg, but I'm not sure where the scent comes from. Some may not like it, and it certainly lingers around after use.
The moisture comes from glycerin hemp seed oil and lanolin.
Once you have rubbed the cream into your hands there is a thin protective layer of moisture left there, and you won't really notice it (just the smell!).
the price I paid was quite high (and it was on sale for a few pounds off a few months later!!), but it has lasted a long time, and if your hands suffer in the winter, if you have eczema and very dry skin it is worth trying. It will sting a little if your skin is cracked though.
Look for an aluminium tube with hemp in big letters on it.
One draw back =
don't expect the cap to be easy to screw back on, especially when you have the cream on your hands :(
