The Lightening Touch is a great little secret weapon make up product. If you have darker shadows under your eyes this is the perfect product for you. It comes in two shades, a light, yellow toned one and a slightly darker pink toned one. It is best to test them in the shop to find out which will be most effective for you.

It costs £9.36 at the moment, however, it used to be around £12 so perhaps this is in the sale.

To use, simply turn the end of the pen for about two clicks. This dispenses enough of the product for one eye on to the little brush. Ensure that you have applied your foundation BEFORE you use the Lightening Touch. Place along the dark area in little dots - I also use it to highlight underneath my eyebrows. You can blend it using your fingers or a make up brush, which I highly recommend.

The reason for using it on top of your foundation is that it contains light reflecting particles. If you used it beneath your foundation you would not get the full benefit of the product.

It genuinely does work and highlights and conceals areas to perfection. I use this every single day underneath both eyes and along the brow bones and one usually lasts me 2 to 3 months. If you buy one at the current price and it lasts three months, that is only £3.12 a month. I think that's worth it to look bright eyed and bushy tailed no matter how bad your dark circles are!
