Advantages: Lovely shades, pretty shine

Disadvantages: Smears easily, boxes break

The body shop produce several sets of these. They are 4 small boxes in a larger perspex box. The lids lift off so there are no hinges. The bigger box is quite sturdy but I have found the smaller boxes quite brittle. It does seem better to keep them in the larger box as otherwise I find they will crack and split apart under the slightest pressure. This does not make them easy to take on a night out as the box is about 2x5x5cm.

The shades are delicate. Like alot of body shop products many of the shades are quite earthy, although one does have ice blue, white and pink with a creamy brown. The shades it each pack tone well together and you can blend or layer them on the lid. Very thins they give a pretty shimmer across the eye.
They are covered under the body shop's against animal testing policy.

The powder is exceptionally fine almost more like a past and applying is very easy. I tend to use a brush but have used my finger on occasion. The shadow smears very easily and it can be hard to keep neat.

At 12 pounds these seem quite alot, but when you consider you actually have 4 shades it's quite good!
