... fabulous eyeshadow from The Body Shop, if you ve read any of my other reviews on the Body Shop collection then you ll realise that in my opinion they either get it so right, or so wrong... on this occasion they have produced a gorgeous, shimmy product that ticks almost every box. The product goes on very evenly and you can layer it up to create a more intense effect. It doesn t crease, which is fantastic because it means that the shadow doesn t age - it looks like you ve just applied it hours afterwards. ... tried this product once and I will never purchase it again! On the surface it looks like this product has potential, the packaging is effective - it comes with a mirror and a sponge to help with application and the foundation itself is very smooth and feels like it would apply well. However my high hopes were shattered, the consistency of the foundation is far too oily and you can t create a light coverage with the enclosed sponge, I ended up looking like an orange Upalumpa - a look I wasn t looking to achieve!  I found that the results were marginally better when I applied the foundation with a makeup brush, but still, I wasn t impressed. ... eyeshadows with Vaseline and I wanted to see what a cream-based eyeshadow would be like. However I was quite disappointed with this product, I didn t think the applicator was very easy to use and I found that once I d managed to gain an even coverage (which was difficult) it creased shortly afterwards. As with most products in the Body Shop range, this item contains lots of natural ingredients. The Body Shop website says this product has "light diffusing particles and pearl pigments provide shimmer and sparkle which highlight the skin and help to disguise fine lines around the eye area."
