Too Faced Eyeshadow Base Second Base

The Too Faced eyeshadow base, Second Base, comes in a compact of 2.5g and provides a matte base for eyeshadows. The base is a butter yellow colour and is a creamy consistency. To apply the base you rub a bit on your finger and dab it onto the eyelid area, which instantly brightens up the eye area and provides a base to make shadows more long wearing. I'm not a massive fan of this to be honest, but think that's mainly due to my personal preferences rather than the quality or performance of the product.
