*Reason for purchasing*

Armed with a Boots gift voucher for my birthday I had reason to treat myself. Too Faced appealed initially because they are cruelty free. I had researched online and reviews were all positive. The packaging is extremely high quality, cute in pink with a huge diamante on the top of the lid and a simple logo to the bottom of the tube. Price was a bit more than I would normally pay but it was a special occasion and I reckoned that I was worth it! Great range of shades to choose from and once tested on my hand the decision was easily made.

*Presentation - Quality*

Exceptionally high quality packaging in a cute box. Very impressive unit in which the lipstick is housed - attention to detail is obvious, though the design remains minimalistic. I love the sparkly diamante feature on top of the lid, a treat for sure and very glamorous. Actual lipstick is high end of the market - I have never experienced such quality before! And the smell is gorgeous (champagne essence) - makes me want to lick it from my lower lip!

*Application & Staying Power*

Application is a breeze and feels so luxurious. Moisture rich ingredients allow for unblemished lips. My lips get quite dry and normally a lipstick will highlight this. This lipstick is akin to a lip balm for moisture and even though there is plenty of colour on the lip there is no visible dry skin! Very impressive. I sweep over the lip area twice and the colour and moisture remain insitu for hours - the top layer will come of slowly once I begin eating or drinking but I was pleased with how much stayed on the lips and did not feel the need to reapply often. Also the colour remains even all over the lip rather than the middle fading and the outer edges looking like they are lined.

The gorgeous shade that I chose Centrefold looks really good. Shimmering and lush on my lips. The colour is rich and oozes a sense of luxury that I like very much. This feels like a real treat - it is for me. Lasting on the lips for an impressive amount of time even when eating and drinking. I am impressed by this high quality product.

*Recommendation*

Absolutely yes - with no hesitation. It is on the more expensive side and more than I would normally pay for a lipsick - but now that I have trialled it and have faith in the quality, creamy texture, staying power and tantalizing smell - I would be prepared to purchase again. The product lasts and you get what you pay for. I am really impressed because it is rare that I find a lipstick that looks good on me and normally stick to lip balm - this is quality stuff!
