I am so addicted to all things sparkly that I swear I must have been a magpie in a former life. I simply can not walk past anything glittery without oooing and aahing and then taking the said object to be purchased at the till. I have been wearing glittering make up products since I was old enough to apply them myself. The Starry Eyed liner is just one product in the sea of glitter that is my make up back but it is one that most certainly rises to the top.
