Unscrew the top off and it is in fact a mascara wand with a lip brush on the end.
This lip brush is used to apply the product which is actually a clear liquid with no noticeable odour.
**HOW TO USE IT**
The instructions suggest that it is used three times a day, and to do this, all that is necessary is to glide the product across your lips as you would a normal lip gloss.
