A great palette that can great such a variety of looks because of the variety of colours

This was the first Urban Decay Palette I bought and it made me fall in love with Urban Decay! The palette has 15 new shades - 5 neutral colours, 5 bright colours and 5 dark shades. There is also a mix of shimmery ones and a couple of the glittery ones (which I like less because they're messier). I have found I use the neutral colours the most because they work well for everyday makeup but there isn't one shade in there that I don't use regularly so it's definitely worth the money! The shadows themselves are very pigmented, so a little goes a long way. The colour also stays on all day so there's no need to be topping up midday. I have also found they work well if you use a slightly wet liner brush and use it as top eye liner because they are so pigmented. If you want an eye shadow palette that has a variety of shades that are excellent quality, this palette is the one. It's good value considering the price of an individual urban decay shadow and the quality of the shadows. And on top of all of that, the packaging is beautiful!

An amazing gift for someone (or yourself!)

This is Urban Decay's 15th Anniversary Palette, It includes 15 x 0.05 oz eyehadows, which are all brand new shades.

      The set includes:
Midnight Rodeo (brown pearl with silver)
Tainted (pale purple with gold shimmer)
      Deeper (deep shimmery golden brown)
      Midnight 15 (oyster pearl)
Junkshow (bright fuschia with slight blue shift)
      MIA (dark brown)
      Vanilla (creamy white gold)
Omen (metallic bright purple with blue shift)
      Ace (dark gunmetal)
      Flow (soft peach shimmer)
      Evidence (deep metallic blue)
      Blackout (matte black)
      Chase (bright bronze)
      Deep End (bright teal)
      Half Truth (deep greyish purple)

This is a great all rounder palette as it has a balance of neutrals, brights, darks and lights which can be used to create a number of different looks, subtle and bold. The quality of each eyeshadow is excellent, great texture and rich pigmentation, whether used with a primer or on their own.

The packaging is beautiful, a silver and purple plastic box, presented in a purple velvet box, with an eye catching 'ud' jewelled in purple on the top, making it a nice collectible for any makeup collection! The eyeshadow tray also pops out to reveal a shallow velvet tray. It also has a useful large mirror underneath the lid. However due to the bulky packaging and that the lid doesn't securely fasten, it isn't very travel friendly and wouldn't be ideal for taking on holiday/vacation.

I think it's a must have if you love urban decay! 15 brand new limited edition shades in one beautiful palette and would make an ideal present for anyone who loves makeup!

It is available in the UK from; Debenhams, House of Fraser £39

      A great gift set

I absolutely love Urban Decay make-up so I was thrilled when I opened this on my birthday. 15 brand new Urban Decay eyeshadows to mark their 15th anniversary all packaged up in a shiney box.
      The shadows are:
Midnight Rodeo - a shiny taupe
      Midnight 15 - a metallic light beige
      Vanilla - shiny cream
      Flow - Light Bronze
      Chase - Darker Bronze
      Tainted - Light Pink
      Junkshow - Fuscia
      Omen - Metallic Purple
      Evidence - Navy Blue
      Deep End - Turquoise
      Deeper - Mid metallic brown
      MIA - Dark Brown
      Ace - Dark grey
      Blackout - Matte Black
Half Truth - Dark Metallic Purple

The packaging is great. A plastic box rather than the cardboard type packing pallets they often produce which I find can get a bit grubby after time. I the mirror in the lid is much larger than you would normally get in one of these sets so you can actually see your whole face to apply your make up. I'll admit that, until I read another review, I hadn't actually noticed that the mirror was there because it has a protective cover over it and the lid is mirrored plastic!!

The whole set comes is packed in a velvet case which you can use to store your trinkets.

The colours are all really nice but aome of them are close to existing Urban Decay shades. I've put a couple next to shadows I already have (Midnight Rodeo & Midnight Cowboy; Deep End & Painkiller) and you can't really tell the difference once applied so if you've already got a lot of Urban Decay pallets you might have some close duplicates.

        great product

        **15 year palette **
Im a big fan of urban decay products so when my friend told me this was coming out I just had to get it .

The packaging is quite nice- it comes in a velvet box (the material is like that of the deluxe palette. The palette itself is made out of metal-silver for the top and purple for the bottom with ud written in purple jems-when you lift the lid off you have a mirror on the back of it. I like how the mirror is a decent size however I don't like how the case gets covered in finger marks really easily.

This has 15 new colours that are not in any of the other palettes. These are
        Deeper-deep gold colour
        Mia-dark bronze
        Ace-dark green
Blackout-matte black -would work great as an eyeliner
        Half truth-dark purple
Tainted-light shimmery pink with a gold sheen through it
        Junkshow-such a pretty fuchsia colour
        Omen-light shimmery purple
        Evidence-deep navy blue colour
Deep end- this colour is a really nice green shade-like flipside or kiddie pool.
Midnight rodeo-I would say that this is slightly darker than sidecar(in the naked palette)bronze colour with shimmer
Midnight 15-I like this, would describe as being like midnight cowboy rides again
Vanilla-I would describe this as being a yellow gold shade
        Flow-beigey gold shade
Chase-like half baked but with less yellow tones

I think that all of these are highly pigmented and last all day. This is a great palette that covers all makeup needs from neutral looks to bright and shimmery. If you have a lot of urban decay then you probably wouldn't need this as a lot of colours are similar to ones already out.

        **Where to buy**
In the UK it is harder to get than elsewhere. At the minute you can get it from Debenhams and House of Fraiser for £38. It is the most expensive palette but I would recommend it to urban decay fans
