High Pigment colours, wonderful selection of colours (Urban Decay Deluxe Shadow Box)

I bought this palette just as a random purchase. But this is probably the best cosmetics purchase I have made recently.

At around the £20 mark, it's great value as it works out as at just over £2 a shade - bargain!

The colours are beautiful, the best way to describe them is velvety/jewel-like colours. My favourites are the brightest shades: Fishnet (warm bright purpley-pink colour) Graffiti (bright green) and Peace (Gorgeous turquoise).

There is also a black colour called 'Zero' which can be used wet as an eyeliner. Or you can use it dry over the lid to blend with a brown shade to get that Eva Longoria look.

Although the colours may seem bright you can use them during the day. Use the eyeshadow on the lower lid for a day look, or all over the lid up to the crease for a party look.

The colours also blend together beautifully. Whether its 2 similar colours eg Graffiti (green ) and Peace (Turquoise). Or 2 different colours like Peace and Honey.

The velvety purple box come in a plastic box. I keep this on the case, even when I travel, as I don't want to ruin it! You also get 2 applicators, which work fine if you don't want to use an eyeshadow brush. You also get a miniature size of the famour Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer which is fantastic (you're welcome to visit my review)

The pigment in these colours is fantastic, I have Asian skin and sometimes find that eyeshadow colours don't show up, but these do. And when you compare these eyeshadows to other high pigment brands like Mac, in my opinion, these have just as much impact, but for half the price!

Summary: Excellent palette, surpassed my exepectations
