Advantages: Wow! What colours!

Disadvantages: Not cheap, few stores stock it

Urban Decay make-up is my particular weakness. The eyeshadows come in a lovely array of colours, from matte, subtle pastels to glitter-laden metallics. Deep red & pink, silver, black with holographic sparkles, you name it!
I especially love the two-tone colours such as the mermaid turquoise/green of Shattered. I like to wear that one with blue liner & matching lips for an undersea gal look! Or try Speed, a light baby-blue with glitteriness with a cat-eye line of black liquid liner & red, red lips for a lovely retro look. Deeper colours benefit from a foundation or cream eyeshadow base beneath them for a really bright & long-lasting effect, but I have found that it takes a long time for these shadows to show signs of creasing.
