Urban Decay is a relatively new brand in the world of cosmetics. It was launched back in 1996 and is a funky fashionable brand with huge sex appeal. From the appearance of the containers and range of colours I would say it is primarily aimed at outgoing young ladies with a reasonable amount of money looking to stand out from a crowd rather than blending in. Their unique range of colours is unmistakably feminine, but edgy and most of all, fun to use! Lip Gunk is the name Urban Decay have given to their vast collection of lip glosses. Gunk is quite an accurate description of the product, but not in an altogether bad way. The collection is varied, ranging ... Read the complete review

I recently went to visit a friend in Darlington, and whilst I'd told him it was to spend the afternoon in the pub having a catch up, I couldn't resist going shopping while I was there! I went into Boyes - a discount store that I think is mainly located in the North East, and headed for the make-up section. I was absolutely delighted to find lots of branded products such as Urban Decay and Too Faced, and I ended up spending about half an hour trying to decide what to buy, leaving my poor friend sitting on the steps outside waiting for me! Yes, fair enough it was rude of me, but we went out with each other for three years and he's used to me by now - just call it payback ... Read the complete review

Loving Urban Decay products, when I saw a load of these 'Lip Gunks' reduced to £2.00 each in T.J Hughes and being the latest colours on sale in Boots (I know cos I'd looked at them just that day!) I handed my £12.00 over for 6 of them with glee knowing the price is normally £12.00 each! What a bargain!!!! Now I've had great experiences with Urban Decay products and fell in love with them when my friend Karly bought some stuff from their range and she always looks so gorgeous so I decided to buy some to see if they had anywhere near the same effect on me as they did her. Well I'm not going to kid myself, there is ten years between us in age and it's not on my ... Read the complete review

Urban decay? Isn't that about burn out old cars, derelict buildings and inner city crime? No not that kind of urban decay, the make up kind! Urban Decay is an American based cosmetic company set up in 1996 as a kind of anti corporate beauty statement. Gone were the simpering pinks with names like pearly rose or tea rose instead Urban Decay was marketed at the 90's alternative grunge girl with names like Asphyxia or Smog in purples and green, silver and blacks. The packaging was all in monochrome colours as well. The directors of the company where basically homing in on a market that really wasn't that well catered for. In recent years Urban decay ... Read the complete review

I LOVE this lipgloss. It's absolutely amazing. I got a wonderful offer in Ethel Austin were I bought both for 50p each. 50p for Urban Decay! I have it in Wallflower (which is a deep pink colour, with no shimmer) & Biker (which is a brownish bronze colour with lots of glitter!). I adore both of them. The colour payoff on both is really good. They're a little sticky, but not too much. They both taste yum too! The packaging is really simple. Slimline bottle and a spongetip applicator. Sadly, i'm not sure how much they cost full price, so i can't really comment on whether they're good value for money. However, I got mine ... Read the complete review
