***ABOUT VASELINE***
I remmeber seeing the huge tubs of these in the medicine cupboard at home as a child and have never forgotten the trademark tubs with a blue sticker on the side and on the lids with the words Vaseline across it.

Vaseline make a large range of products for the hands and skin, which are sued widely across the world for men, woman and children. Vasleine is avaliable in over 60 countries around the world and have been passed form generation to generation for over 130 years.

***VASELINE PRODUCTS***
Vaseline do a large range of procust including skin and hand creams and lotions, and Intensive Rescue range, Healthy Feet and Legs, Firming lotions, Hand and Nails Creams and more. They also do a great range of creams for men to help keep their skin lookign strong and resilient.

***VASELINE LIP THERAPY***
This coms in a small round tin with a lid, which simply comes off to reveal the petroleum jelly which is what this product is. It's a pale yellow in colour and looks quite greasy, but has no smell to it at all.

This Petroleum jelly is a mixture of mineral oils, paraffin and microcystalline waxes that, when blended together create a smooth jelly that has a melting point just above body temperature. This means that it literally melts into the skin and locks itself in place.

This Petroleum jelly helps tp protect skin from the effects of weather and exposure such as dry, chapped skin and t also helps to form a barrier to the natural water loss in our skin.

***PRICE AVALIABILITY***
You cna buy this from Chemists, local Supermarkets and from Boots and Superdrug. This will cost you just under £1.00 for a tin of this which I find does last quite along time depending on how much you use this.

***USING THE PRODUCT***
This tin can sometimes be quite hard to open, espicially if you have wet, greasy hands. The jelly is very soft so you jst need to lightly rub your finegr over the jelly to get a nice amount. Simply just apply to lips, and leave to moisten and soften you lips and help them from looking chapped and dry.

This jelly is quite greasy and I often find myself rubbing my fingers into the palm of my hand to get rid of the greasiness from my fingers.

I have been using this product for a few years now and it works really well on my dry lips, espicially in the winter when I am suffering from dry skin from the cold. I also use this on my nsoe when i have a cold and have a sore nose from blowing it all the time this is great to put on ebfore I go to bed, as when I wake up in the morning my nose isn't as dry and sore as it was before.

This doesn't have any taste to it and it doesn't smell of anything either. One tin of this lasts me a good few months even though I use this practically every day. I find that a little bit goes a long way.

***OVERALL OPINION***
I would not stop using this great product for any other product out there on the shelves. I have been using this product on my lips . . and nose, lol for years and I have always been pleased with the results. I think it's also very good value for money, as it costs just under £1.00 and does last a long time.

I would highly recommend this to anyone who sufefrs from dry, sore lips and even dry skin as this is great. I would definately try other products in the range and not just the Petroleum Jelly items.
