A credit-crunch wonder product (Vaseline Lip Therapy)
Member Name: sparkle2
Advantages: A cheap, but effective moisturiser. Disadvantages: Can leave fingers a bit greasy when applying This is a wonoder product which, at only 99p from most shops such as Boots and Superdrug, is a product not to be missed. It is a pocket-sized version of the normal vaseline and is a handy size to take out and about with you. At this time of the year it is also ideal to take on holiday as it can be used as a moisturiser on all parts of the body and is not limited to just the lips. Areas of the body it is particularly good at moisturising are the elbows and knees as these tend to be very dry. As a lip moisturiser, I think it is brilliant as it leaves lips really soft and also gives them a slight gloss and therefore there is no need to apply lipgloss during the daytime when you have applied vaseline. For people with very dry lips and those prone to chapped lips, I would recommend putting on some vaseline and then making small circular movements on the lips with an old toothbrush. This removes dry skin and leaves lips softer and luscious. Overall, I think this is a brilliant product and ggreat value for money. Summary: Cheap and Cheerful |
