After first being introduced to this foundation by a friend I used it as my main foundation for a couple of years because I thought it was fantastic. I don't use it so much anymore, but I still think it's one of the best foundations I've ever tried. You can get it from Virgin Vie stores, a Virgin Vie consultant or from their website and it costs £14.25 for a 12g compact. There are only 6 shades to choose from (alabaster, ivory, soft beige, honey, caramel, sable) so if you want a perfect match for your skin tone you may well be disappointed as not many different tones are catered for. This is more than just a foundation, it combines a foundation and ... Read the complete review

Recently I?ve been on a desperate search for a new foundation after my old one ran out (some rubbishy Revlon one that clogged my pores something rotten). In my search I pondered upon YSL?s Teint Singulier (liquid foundation that turns to matte powder upon application) and BeneFit?s PlaySticks (solid stick foundation) but couldn?t quite make my mind up which one I preferred. After talking with my sister she told me that she used Virgin Vie?s One Step Face Base and got it out of her make up bag for me to try. One application and I was convinced?..so now allow me to convince ... Read the complete review

Virgin Vie One Step Face Base I used to work as a Virgin Vie Partly Planner. I received LOADS of free products and was introduced to some ESSENTIAL products which I can no longer live without! The One Step Face Base is one of those products! I use two colours of face base for the different times of year. I use the beige colour in winter when my skin seems to be paler. I use the honey in summer when my skin seems to have more colour to it due to the sunshine! The face base is a powder and comes in a lovely compact with applicator sponge. The compact is usually blue but sometimes they do limited compacts, for example I have a ... Read the complete review

If, like me, you are one of those people who just can't seem to apply foundation to give a natural looking finish, then The Virgin Vie One Step Face Base is a must. Combining a foundation and powder together into the one compact pressed powder makes application simple, quick and very easy. I'm not really a great make-up lover but let's face it there are just some days when you really can't leave the house without it and, if like me, you don't always have very much time to apply make-up then you might find the Virgin Vie One Step Face Base the ideal addition to your make-up bag. The Virgin Vie One Step Face Base comes as a compact power. Packaged in a very ... Read the complete review

Vie At Home (formally Virgin Vie Cosmetics, Virgin Vie At Home) One Step Face Base is an all in one powder foundation. Vie claim that one is sold every two minutes!! It is by far their best selling all in one foundation. It is available in compact (£15) and refill £11.50). The compact case colour is seasonal, they have had red and gold in previous Christmases, but is generally a dark blue colour with a 'V' logo on the outer case and the classic Virgin 'V' logo on the powder foundation itself. I do not know whether they intend on changing the logo now that they are no longer part of the Virgin empire, since Branson sold the company. The lid of the compact ... Read the complete review
