“ Brand: Virgin Vie / Type: Mascara / Suitable for: Eye „
I was lucky enough to get this sent to me free from some website a while back, up until recently I hadn't used it and it was still in it's little cardboard tube/box.
It usually retails for approx £12.
The bottle is black with a chunky silver ring at the top and then the lid is curved and it look's like a more expensive mascara from the off.
The brush is a normal mascara brush not one of those scary silicone ones, and the mascara itself is quite thick.
Upon using it, the mascara doesn't feel or look heavy on the eye's but gives fantastic definition to each lash. One coat gives a more natural look but upon builing the layers it can be quite dramatic.
It's a really nice mascara with no clumping or flaking.
It washes off with ease but stays put all day.
Virgin Vie Precision Lash Mascara claims to be clump free and volumising. I can say hand on heart this is true as it could possibly be one of the best mascaras I have ever used. It contains a special combination of natural waxes and unique polymers to deliver natural looking lashes.
I don't know much about polymers or waxes but it works!
My lashes look thick and long with no clumps, it is very simple and easy to apply, the brush is an adequate size and I love it!

Precision Lash Mascara
I don't often shop at Virgin Vie but when this mascara was on offere and being sold for p and p cost of £2.50, I decided to give it a whirl.
The mascara is advertised as being a clump free and volumising Mascara which contains a special combination of natural waxes and unique polymers to deliver natural looking lashes. One of the most important things for me when applying mascara is that it doesn't clump my lashes together so this looks promising.
The mascara comes packaged in a blue box and when I remove the product it is packaged in rather nice black tubing with gold trim and the name of the product on the front. The screw off top is slightly curved making it easy to hold and untwist to open.
The mascara brush itself has quite short brushes pressed closely together, so given earlier experiences with these types of brushes, I become less hopeful on the no clumping front! When I apply the mascara the brush does com from the tubing nicely loaded with a very black mascara so I don't find myself frantically trying for more colour. The mascara applies easily and leaves my lashes looking very black ad yes, with added volume. Surprisingly, there is no clumping so it does prove to me that even with short mascara brushes the no clump look can be achieved.
It doesn't say whether the mascara is waterproof or not, and I guess not. I haven't had any disasters in the rain but it is easily removed with my usual eye make up remover and without any frantic rubbing.
The RRP is £12.50 available instore and online at www.virginvie.co.uk
This is a good mascara and even more so when it cost me only £2.50- an absolute bargain! It applies easily and leaves my lashes very black and looking thicker. I haven't noticed any lengthening but this isn't promised so all in all I am pleased with it. Not spectacular but very good.
