On route to coming to stay with my friend in Weston Super Mare, my friend who I was coming with had a crash. In short although we escaped intact with whiplash, the car and caravan we were going to stay in whilst we look for somewhere to live in were total right offs. In the hurry to get away from the scene we didn't have time to take anything and ended up eventually in Weston with a few essentials (till we could get out stuff back) and one of the priorities wasn't grabbing my make-up bag! However once in Weston and staying a pub that my mate runs I was soon feeling rubbish and this is where my mates 14 year old daughter came in rather handy. She gave me this bottle of foundation to simply tide me over...and pleased I was although I knew it was cheap stuff to my thinking at least it would get me by for a while! The Packaging: 25ml beige coloured tube with a black twist on/off cap/lid to the top of of it concealing a small hole. On the front of it I am told that it is W7 Sheer Colour Foundation in silver lettering. On the back of the bottle I am told the colour, ingredients are listed, the size is stated and contact details for W7 are given. It's actually a rather cheap looking but simple enough to look at it is and it's informative as it need to be to be fair to it. The Foundation Itself: This foundation comes in a few colour options. It's a rather thick looking foundation but to be fair to i , it blends rather well and sort of melts on contact with the skin. It's easy to blend as it is moist and offers very sheer/light coverage but because of that it really isn't great at covering any kind of blemishes. Because of that sheer coverage though it doesn't seem to settle into any open pores or anything like that though it's staying power isn't all that great. It stays on my face for a decent length of time however it does disappear after a time though setting it with pressed/loose powder dower does maximise it's staying power to be fair to it. At about a pound a bottle in independent types of chemist it isn't awful to be fair to it though it is a budget buy of course!
