I WILL NOT LEAVE HOME WITH NO MASCARA ON. So I like to consider myself an expert. This is by far the best mascara I I have tried. Not cheap, bt then, I have to say mascara isn;t a cheap item even at the entry level. Begining with the packaging, it takes pride of place in my make-p bag, looks great and has a nice weight to it. The brsh is big and thick in the middle, I have reasonaby long eye lashes, so I wold imagine it is a little difficlt to apply if eyelashes are particlarly short. I get a heavy thick effect, not big horrid spider, bt a lovley thick even lash. I have never had any bits drop beneath the eye or dreaded panda eyes, even when it gets to the very last dregs after a few months. I have been swimming with it, and didn't end the session looking like a member of Kiss. Comes off easily, bt I do generally take off with eye remover lotion for ease, bt have washed nicely off with Dove soap with great reslts. A worthy top qality prodct. Definately worth the extra cost. Love it.
