“ Manufacturer: Asda / Type: Nipple Cream „
I came across this product when i was pregnant with my son on a trip to stock up on my maternity bag and baby things.I thought as i was stocking up on the Little ones stretch mark cream, and the offer was 2 for £2 i would pick some up in the offer. Also i found both bottles were a handy 100ml bottles so it wouldn't take up to much room in the bag. As my son was my first i didn't know if i would need it as i was going to bottle feed. And didn't know if you only got sore nipples from breast feeding. This turned out to be wrong and even though i was bottle feeding i still ended up with incredibly sore nipples from rubbing on leaking. I was really surprised actually how well this cream worked with its blend of coconut oil, Shea butter and soothing aloe vira.I found it soothed them almost straight away.cooling at the same time. I found this one was great,as i had also tried some of the free samples of nipple creams i had in my freebie baby packs.but neither of these seemed to work. I found even with out breast feeding i still needed nipple cream and The little angels one,i found really helped me.
When you have a baby its not just the baby that needs products and when I attended parenting classes I was suprised to learn about nipple creams and how they help when breastfeeding. As an ASDA little angels lover I purchased this in error when I meant to stock up on my Stretch mark cream. THe two products are actually very similar and contain similar ingredients the only main difference that I recognised was that the nipple cream was a little thicker. The cream is contained within an identical tube to the stretch mark cream which is how I came to purchase it in error but all the same it got used. The product is contained in a squeezable tube and a small amount is dispensed with a slight squeeze. The product is easy to massage into the nipple and offer instant relief for cracked sore nipples and it is also very cooling when applied. The cream works quickly to sooth the sore area and instantly soothes the cracks. As only a small amount is required this tube will keep going on and on and I have to say I am glad I came across this product by mistake. The only downside is that the product does state any excess should be removed before feeding the baby, as I am a little over cautious and as I personally would not like to be tasting this product despite it smelling pretty tasty, I do ensure I wipe before the baby feeds. The product retails at £1.49 but most often you can get 2 for £2 across the Asda Little Angels range so it is a real bargain compared to all those other more expensive products out there and I would highly recommend purchasing this as I used it in the latter stages of my pregnancy too when my breasts were sore and tight and my nipples were inflammed.
