For any mother who has had or will be having a C- section, this is the very best product you can buy. It is a soft stretchy band of cloth that holds your muscles in so every movement is not pulling at them. It also has a soft padded insert which means if you are breastfeeding the baby is not constantly kicking against the incision which is an incredible relief. It has a gel pack which can be chilled. Another pack has little beans or something like that, and goes in the microwave. I found this more effective for pain relief than any of the medication I was given. I had looked into these on the internet as my daughter was 2 and a half when my son was born and i was really worried about her jumping on my knee or tummy afterwards and hurting my wound.
