An excellent mattress for the money

I love my bed but unfortunately my mattress didn't love me. Have you ever tossed and turned all night trying to get comfy? Well i have. I decided i wanted to try a memory Foam mattress but i didn't want to fork out a fortune not knowing if i would settle on it or not.
So i came up with the idea of replacing my son's mattress with a memory foam one(his spring one desperately needed replacing). and ended up at good old trustworthy Argos.
When this mattress states it is a mattress to go, it really really is. I ordered and picked it up and it came rolled up. I was VERY worried, I mean how good can a "roll up" mattress be?? It was very light as well,i estimate about 9 or 10 kilos, which made it a doddle to get into the car. No extra help needed!
After getting it home i opened it and placed it onto my sons bed. The quilting feels very soft and has a slight texture to it. My worry was how thin it looked. I decided to leave it to "air" for a few hours, and sure enough, when i came back it had plumped out nicely.I have to say this is still thinner than a normal mattress but only by a little.
After making up the bed and letting my son sleep in my bed for the night, i got into this small single bed, wondering if i would be able to sleep on a single bed, memory foam or no. I had an EXCELLENT nights sleep. This mattress for all the things that should have been wrong with it, turned out to be VERY comfortable. After sleeping on it for a couple of nights i have to say this was a pleasant surprise.
As i said before i only slept on it for a few nights and now my 10yr old sleeps blissfully on it and has not once complained about it. A couple of point to note though are 1- it isn't hypoallergenic or anti- allergen. You would need to buy a topper for it if this was required. 2- It doesn't need turning but it does need rotating round. I have found it's best to do this every couple of days, but because this mattress is sooo light it is not a problem.
All in all a very good light weight mattress that i would recommend to anyone. Also because it is a thinner mattress than a standard one it is perfect for a bunk bed!!!!
