Denon DMD-F100

I recently bought one of these secondhand as a back up for my Sony MDS JB940. Sonically not in the same league as the sony, bass not as extended and a little ragged at high frequencies but quite a punchy sound, vast improvements were heard when played through my Musical Fidelity X-DAC via the optical output of the Denon. recording features are very basic , no fade in or out after editing tracks. Having said all that a very atractive looking player and not bad sound quality. I only paid a tenner for it so I am very happy !!!.
