      Try it! :)

I love my food and eat a lot of meat - I don't mind it hot or cold but one of my favourite types is poultry....

Taking sandwiches to college means I like variety as well so we get several different types of sliced meats in every week so I can change my choices every day :)

One of the ones on offer a lot is Bernard Matthews 'Chicken Breast' which are oval shape slices of meat sold in either 5 or 10 piece packs and said to be made from 100% chicken breast.

The pack I am reviewing a 10 pack that cost £1.59 from Morrisons at half price which is good value as it is a healthy sandwich filling or nice with salad or chips!

Calories are really low at 23 per slice and there is 0.4g of sugar and 0.6g of fat so my mum uses this all the time as it is low in fat and tastes good too...

The plastic sealed pack the meat comes in says 3% fat which is low and weighs 200g. There is usually a couple of weeks fridge life and it keeps well if kept sealed properly in the fridge.

When you read the back label it says 80% chicken and the rest id made up of tapioca and potato and rice which was a surprise!

This product is made in the UK and is gluten free.

The taste is really nice, the chicken is juicy and moist and full of flavour. It doesn't feel or taste dry like some slice meats can and it really pays to put two slices on each sandwich as you really get the nice light flavour of the chicken then...

Well worth buying for a good quality meat for fillings or on its own as the meat part of a meal, five stars from me :)
