... that looks AND tastes fake when you eat it. This looks like a proper pork steak. I did mine in the griddle pan with a bit of butter and it only took about 15 mins with the flame very low, you can grill the gammon or do it in the oven as well.
It smells gorgeous when it's cooking, like the best bacon EVER. You can smell the meat as it cooks through and it made my mouth water and I couldn't wait for it to be done! lol

I had some proper crap gammon at my mate's the other day, it was Tesco Value and had hardly any flavour and was like chewing bits of rubber. It gave me the taste for gammon though so when I went to Tesco last night I got a decent gammon steak, it was only a choice of this Case & Sons gammon or a Tesco own brand one so I went for this even though it was £2.50 so loads more expensive than the rest of them in there.
