I had some proper crap gammon at my mate's the other day, it was Tesco Value and had hardly any flavour and was like chewing bits of rubber. It gave me the taste for gammon though so when I went to Tesco last night I got a decent gammon steak, it was only a choice of this Case & Sons gammon or a Tesco own brand one so I went for this even though it was £2.50 so loads more expensive than the rest of them in there. The first thing I saw was that this gammon actually looks like MEAT, not the madly processed shiney stuff that looks AND tastes fake when you eat it. This looks like a proper pork steak.
