With the deliciously warm and sunny weather we have been having of late, I have been hosting quite a lot of family bbq's. Now whilst now and again I like to push the boat out with salads, rices and kebabs. Sometimes I like to go back to good old basics and offer beefburgers and hot dogs. There is nothing that can compare, taste wise, to a beautifully cooked beef burger with onions and relish. The only trouble being that sometimes finding a perfect, good quality burger can be more easily said than done. I did a delish pub style burger meal the other day for me, my little sister, my mate and her little brother. The kids had got on brill together and had been dead good so I thought they deserved a treat. The burgers I used was Country Store Aberdeen Angus Quarter Pound Beef Burgers, they are one of the discount brands that Tesco have started selling and these 4 big burgers cost £1.99. These burgers are proper nice, they're not as good as the Tesco Finest Aberdeen Angus ones but they are delish!
