I have had a couple of weeks off my diet as I had got to the stage where I wasn't losing any more weight so I thought I would up my calorie intake and eat what I wanted for a couple of weeks to get my metabolism going again. Now two weeks later I have kicked into my diet again, eating healthy, plenty of protein, cut back on carbohydrate's and now I am beginning to see some results again.
