If you refer to the 'traffic light wheel' all items are amber except sugar which is green.
There are no hydrogenated fats, artificial colours or flavours and they are made with 100% chicken breast meat, using either British or Dutch chickens.
Super easy to cook- 15 minutes in the oven 220 degree/gas 7. You don't even have to turn half way through cooking!
Pack price is £3.29 for 350g but it is more economical to buy 2 for £5.

Sainsbury's Southern fried chicken breast mini fillets *American style* are 80% battered marinated chicken fillets and 20% southern fried style breadcrumb coating. These are great for quick lazy dinners without compromising too much on healthy eating and not compromising at all on taste! ... they are delicious!
