... and plump, not all wrinkly and weird like some that I brought from Asda last time! Who wants a wrinkly sausage??? lol
When I come to eat one though I realised they're deffo NOT as nice as they look. The texture is fine, it's a bit spongy but I expect that with these kinds of sausage because most of them you can buy are the same. When I was in Sainsburys with my 2 year old sister the other day she saw the packs of cooked cocktail sausages and wouldn't shut up about them until I brought her some. I usually get her the small packs for kids that have got about 5 or 6 sausages in it but this time I brought a pack of 55 sausages because I thought they would be nice to pick at. When I opened the pack I thought the sausages looked and smelled delish, there's a proper nice meaty flavour that comes out of the pack and I couldn't wait to eat one!
