 ... water added to it but you can't tell that by the taste, it's just normal roast turkey in flavour and is mega moist with a perfect texture when it's cooked. The turkey has got a delish buttery flavour and even the skin looks like it's cooked perfectly, I say looks because I HATE turkey skin so didn't try any but it deffo looked crispy and golden. My dad who loves fat of any kind said it was as good as the skin on a full turkey, but like I said he'd eat semi raw pork fat so his is probably not the best recommendation!...more

Being as Xmas is nearly here my mum has gone mad like she does every year!!! I've already eaten so much turkey that I can't wait to get Xmas dinner over and done with, but the best one she's brought so far this year is this frozen Stuffed Butter Basted Turkey Breast Joint from Tesco. It takes just over 2 hours to cook from frozen but you can also defrost it and that will make the cooking time 1 hour 15 mins, seems stupid to me though because the breast takes hours to defrost just to save 50 mins on the cooking time! lol We had ours for tea last night and it was yummy.
