Tesco Salmon snack is basically like sushi, except it includes no raw fish - only smoked salmon. The pack includes 5 rice parcels containing things. Three of them are quite small - two contain cucumber and one contains salmon. These are wrapped in seaweed. Then there are two larger ones containing cucumber, pepper and salmon (these are coated in sesame seeds). Some of them have flavours like mayonnaise and wasabi (like horseradish). The snack comes in a black plastic tray with clear plastic lid which is about 10cm by 7cm - good size for lunchboxes or handbags! The tray is really easy to eat out of.
