We sometimes get The Book People brochures through the door in the post, but I prefer to buy online via their website - www.thebookpeople.co.uk . However, I do find their brochure useful as I can have a quick look at it and see if there s anything I like. One point to note... there is no obligation to buy... HMV ... and Virgin Megastores used to really compete on the High Street for the home entertainment market and then Virgin were sold and became Zavvi and when bust. HMV is now the premier high street home entertainment brand, no matter where you live in the UK, you will always find an HMV, from tiny stores with cd s a few dvd s and games to the might HMV megastore on Oxford Street in London which is three floors of entertainment. I am going to review HMV on Oxford Street as I think it shows the best example of what the brand has to offer. The store is set centrally in a perfect location for London, the ground floor is where all the most popular items are sold, so all popula... Book People, the ... love reading books and can sit and watch hours go past as i get engrossed in a good story with a cup of hot chocolate beside me. I first heard of The Book People when one of their representatives used to bring books around and leave them sitting in our canteen. This gave me a chance to see and feel the books and order them at good prices. I used to buy a lot of books for people for birthday and christmas presents and i found this service brilliant. I am no longer in my job so was delighted when i found there was a Book People website. Most people get their books from this company like i did, in their work book club but i have started ordering books from them onli... Read the full review: Calling all bookworms! by sexyminxy |
