CD Warehouse was a music retailer located in Watford, Hertfordshire which was part of a small national chain. It went down the same road as retailers such as MVC, Our Price & more recently Zavvi, closing it's doors a few years ago following the decline in the purchase of physical music. As well as selling music, it also sold films & a small selection of console games. Although new CDs & DVDs could be purchased in store, the store specialised in pre-owned products. If you live near Watford and you have some old dodgy CD's to get rid of, I recommend that you head down to CD Warehouse, who will happily buy them off of you (providing they are in good nick). Whilst you are there you may also be able to pick up a second hand bargain yourself, all of which have been checked before they are soled. They also new CD's and whilst the prices aren't as good as cd-wow.com they are still better than the prices at Virgin. They have a massive selection of new and used CD's all organised in alphabetically order and often they will let you listen to the CD before you buy it, which is especially good if you are buying a second hand ...
