Decoy Records has been trading in Manchester since 1987. It's a specialist shop, concentrating on jazz, folk and blues, mainly CDs but some collectors' vinyl too. The stock is excellent, but perhaps more important, the staff there are real experts on the music, and enthusiastic about it. It's a pleasant shop to go into - not dark and gloomy like some record shops I can think of. And every time I've been in there I've been very tempted to broaden my musical horizons.
