Advantages: good intro offer
Disadvantages: service non-existent
The service so far has been an absolute joke. I ordered 2 books in September - neither turned up. Since then I've written 4 times, twice to cancel the books, and twice to cancel membership.
I've had no response to any of my letters/emails.
It's impossible to get through to the Customer Service helpline.
I've also received 2 books both of which I cancelled well before the deadline.
Had to spend loads of money on postage, as couldn't get through to phone line.
Still waiting for refund of postage!
One of the books ordered in Sept turned up 3 months late, long after I cancelled it.
Would not recommend this club!
