Advantages: Don't need a computer to order, collect or return you do it all you self

Disadvantages: May be disappointed with your purchase, staff returns policy

Staff and management need better training (that must reflect on the executives). Stock maybe low quality in some cases (could be a return, or a second), selection is restricted (not at all as good as HMV), returns police maybe not what you expect and perhaps unlawful in some cases. Remember when making a purchase consider what if I give the money for something that not is not in stock and it does not get delivered will this upset me? If it does not upset you find a good charity instead! if it will, then do not allow delivery and inspect you purchase for evidence it has been returned (some else returned it for a reason if that's the case). If still satisfied then using a credit card will give you payment protection. Observe returns policy it may involve keeping packaging etc a think what that means, perhaps so it can be re-shrink wrapped and resold, this is a process of selling what is known as seconds is called remanufacture. Remanufacture is not as uncommon as you think.
