Staff and management need better training (that must reflect on the executives). Stock maybe low quality in some cases (could be a return, or a second), selection is restricted (not at all as good as HMV), returns police maybe not what you expect and perhaps unlawful in some cases. Remember when making a purchase consider what if I ...  Read the complete review

Zavvi renamed from Virgin MegaStore, no doubt because it damages the Virgin brand name. I have ordered DVD's from the Hastings branch in Priory Meadow to be delivered to my address (as they where not in stock), I never received or heard from this order again. I have asked Zavvi (Virgin Megastore) were they are but there staff unable to ...  Read the complete review

I can confirm what others have said in that zavvi send out second hand items as new. my bro ordered a NEW ps2 game, what they sent out looked like it had come from a car boot sale... no sorry, thats an insult to car boot sales.. this had a scratched cover and the disk was scratched. Customer service dont want to know, recommend you avoid.

They have stores in such countries as Jordan, France, Egypt and America. They mainly stock entertainment media and technology such as CD's, DVD's, MP3 players and computer games ...  Read the complete review

Well I have to differ here. I ordered the Complete Laurel and Hardy Box Set at £49.99, down from £199. Within three days it was at my door and I was busy watching the films. All packed to perfection. This company has never personally let me down and they have a great tracking service on the website. Like most other things these days, it ...  Read the complete review

Don't give Zavvi your money until you get your goods (473 words)

Virgin Megastore is now Zavvi, whatever that means. Zavvi is much more expensive for CD's, DVD's and software than the old Virgin Megastore used to be. Prices are lower in HMV. My first trip to Zavvi is most certainly my last and I am very wary of trying their website site for purchases after my horrendous ...  Read the complete review

Express Review on Virgin Megastore

Very poor service as far as i'm concerned. I recently ordered a box set and when I received it, more than one of the discs was badly scratched. This is completely unacceptable - I spent good money on this set and they could not even ensure that it reached me in good condition. Now I have to send it back to them and then wait for them to send me a replacement. I am seriously tempted just to get a refund, as i'm not sure I trust Zavvi to ensure that the next set is in working condition. They also use packaging that is ridiculously big for the items they are sending. My advice: don't order from Zavvi. At least places like HMV and Amazon ensure that their products work. I'd give them zero stars if this application would let me.

Don't buy from Zavvi!!! Zaavi Piccadilly Circus treat customers like crap. We bought over £100 of DVD's from them and wanted to return 4 of them as they were meant as gifts but they were duplicates. Zavvi informed us that, even though our items were unopened, their returns policy is only to refund ONE item on the receipt ...  Read the complete review

Since being taken over by Zavvi, Virgin Megastores is a complete shambles, and poor old Richard Branson must be wondering what happened to the great little set of stores he set up. Zavvi online is a complete nightmare, and it seems likely that it is run by a computer controlled numpty-bot. Twice I have ordered Wii Card points at ...  Read the complete review

Pre-realase game should of been delivered 2 days ago, still not received although I paid for the item 2 months ago. DON'T USE !!
