Too stressful to bother with (WH Smith)

Advantages: Good selection in larger stores

Disadvantages: Piles of stuff everywhere making it impossible to browse

My local WHSmith is tiny! I really don't know why they bother having a store at all it
is so small. The till is only a few feet inside the door so you can't actually get inside.
Forget trying to shop if you have a double buggy and a child walking alonside as the
isles are not only very thin but also cluttered with piles of books and displays.
Although I do think they have a large selection of books they are very expensive and I
rarely see sales advertised. The staff are usually pleasant and helpful but the stress of
trying to get into the store and they have to apologies to everyone and then dragging
half the shop up the isle is just not worth it. I have been to some lovely big store but
they all insist on clogging the isles with piles of books and games! Why? WHSmith
online offers free delivery on everything so I would go there is I were you!
