WH Smith has the reputation for best on the high street when it comes to stationary, book's, CD's and DVD's. this is because they offer all you could need and more of the things I have listed and because they have excellent customer service, a must in my list of needs.

My favourite part of WH Smiths is the book section, I live to read, especially series. I recently bought the first four books in a five part series all at once thanks to their three for two offer that is on most of the time. The free book enabled me to afford the fourth and so I am a very happy customer, at the same time I put a reserve and deposit for a new book I would like that is due out in December by JK Rowling, almost guaranteed to be a big seller and I want to make sure I get a copy too, with this deposit and reserve I was given a free book of my choice from a large selection of Puffin classics, this is yet another thing that makes me return here rather than any other book shop.

I must admit I have never bought myself a CD or DVD from WH Smith's but I have for my husband as a gift and found the price average if not better than other places. If I am in need of stationary such as a note pad, diary or a set of pens then this is the place I head too, also things for crafts and hobbies are available too, I have bought some things for my little boy to have in his craft box that where very reasonable in price.

Overall I cant rate WH Smiths higher and I have no complaints that I can think of, the staff are friendly and helpful and the prices are fair, and the offers a real bargain. the shop itself is always clean and tidy, often a problem where magazines and stationary are concerned but things are quickly cleaned up so I am a loyal and happy customer.
