I had a look at the store in Leciester where they had filofax's on offer.

I came home decided to order one for my wife for Christmas. Go online and order.

The delivery came basically just the filofax in a jiffy bag with a packing note, no box etc.

I dropped them a email saying it wasn't good enough it was a gift and there should be a box etc and got this back...

"I regret that you are unhappy that the Filofax you ordered was not supplied in a box.

Not all products of this type are boxed. Should you decide that you would prefer not to keep it you may return it to us in accordance with our returns policy and the instructions provided with your order.

I am sorry that you have had cause to contact us on this occasion."

Total BS, the one's I looked at instore were all empty boxes which had to be taken to the checkout for the actual filofax.

I won't be using them again.
