Panadol Extra Tablets ... working in an over-crowded, stuffy and cacophonous office headaches have become an unwanted occupational hazard. As a result I ve been trying all sorts of different medication to try and help ease my way through the day in fact this is something like the fifth over the counter product I ve tried in recent weeks. One of the most expensive was Panadol Extra (funnily enough it was also one of the most heavily advised by the shop assistants...funny that isn t it), I got an 8 tablet packet of the product for around £2 with the idea that the product was the quickest acting due to mixing caffeine with paracetamol. Difflam Sore Throat Rinse ... months ago, it seems like years ago now, when my youngest son (19yr) was very ill he was prescribed Difflam before his symptons got worse and he was rushed to hospital ( suspected Glandular Fever or Meningitis). Now I had never heard of this before in this form, we had tried last year some of the Difflam Throat Spray, which to be honest is good, but trying to get it down to the back of your throat without gagging was the only problem with this particular spray.
