... it does help. I have insomnia, I find it near impossible to sleep before 4am, and have not gone to sleep before 3 am in the past 4 years. I took this about 6 years ago and at the time, it did help me settle and I was able to sleep. But, I did wakeup groggy, sometimes missing my alarm and causing more problems later. Boots Non Drowsy Hayfever & Allergy Relief ... have had mild hayfever for the past couple of years, but this summer (if you can call it that), it has been particularly bad. I would still describe it as mild compared to how some people get it, but I ve been suffering with streaming eyes and nose as well as sneezing fits when I get anywhere near a flower. Olbas Oil ... Oil is great, I brought some last christmas after a friend told me to try some when I had a cold and although I didnt want to as I hated the smell of this ages ago I thought I would give it ago as my cold was really bad. I went and got a bottle from my local Wilkinsons and it cost me around £2, it comes in a small box that is orange and green with a bottle in the box that is small and made of brown glass.
