	Bonjela ... time to time I tend to get tiny little ulcer type sores on the side of my tongue. Generally a little rinse with a good mouthwash and or a rinse with some salted water and the problem is resolved. However there are the odd occasions where this tried and trusted method has failed and I usually just live with the ulcers and they go away naturally. Again there are times where even this fails and I either have to retry the first method or cough up £2.30 odd for another yet tried and trusted method. 	Tesco Non-drowsy Hayfever and Allergy Relief Tablets ... do two sorts of antihistamine - the two main sorts that you can get. They are Loratadine and Cetirizine. Most people find that one of these works better for them than the other, so you just have to try both and see which is for you. Loratadine is the one that works best for me. Loratadine is the active ingredient in Clarytin, which can be very expensive. These Tesco Allergy relief tablets are the same as Clarytin. 	Karvol Decongestant Capsules ... m not a moaner when I m ill, because I m female, but the one thing I can t stand is a blocked up nose especially at night when I m trying to get to sleep and then when I do doze off I jerk myself awake in panic at not being able to breathe right! Vick makes me heave so when I had a cold last month I brought a box of Karvol capsules because I remember my mum using them on me when I was little.
