I acquired a tube of this by my mum a couple of weeks ago. I went round for tea and was complaining after every mouthful that my mouth was hurting as I had an ulcer on my tongue. A couple of years ago I came down with a particularly nasty virus. It left me with a very high fever which didn't break for a week and I guess due to my weakened immune system I came out with lots of mouth ulcers. I'm not talking 3 or 4 here, but probably around 30! When we were away for the weekend, we went walking in the Yorkshire Dales. It was windy and cold but we pretended to enjoy it. As the walk progressed, my tongue became aware of something foreign in the front corner of my mouth on the inside just beside my lip -my initial thought was that I had burned my mouth.
