This gel is excellent. I have just applied it to a severely aching lower back tooth and within seconds the ache has completely disappeared. There is a cool comfortable numbing feeling to the area where the gel is applied which lasts a few minutes, the taste is not unpleasant. i apply the gel when ever the pain returns, which is usually after eating. I really do recommend the it.(better than bongella) I rate it 10/10
