With spring upon on us and summer hopefully on its way I decided to give the grass the first cut of the year last weekend, in an effort to stop my back garden from looking like a jungle. This year I seem to be suffering from hayfever tremendously bad. I suffer from occasional hay fever, allergies to various animals and one mild food allergy, I'm never without a pack of Benadryl in my drawer or handbag! There are several varieties available but I always use the original, standard 'Allergy Relief' tablets, whose main ingredient is Acrivastine. These are currently available from Boots priced at £4.29 for a pack of 12 capsules. Like so many people I thought I was not a hay fever sufferer, that is until last year, June time, I had a stinking cold, it lasted over a month and everybody including myself was sick of hearing me moan, sneeze, cough, including me. Recently I have been suffering from Hayfever pretty badly and this is mainly due to the fact the local council have decided to cut the grass every day all week long and it has got to me quite badly.
